Thursday to Saturday
Everyone will play one game on Thursday Nov. 26, 2009.
Consideration to distance you will have to travel will be given regarding game times on the first day.
This is NOT a guarantee - just something that we will try to do.

All teams, that are using a hotel/motel, MUST stay in one of the host hotels.

Host hotel has been pre-booked with the HARBOUR TOWERS to avoid any confusion.  Rates are $89/night for up to four to a room.  All "travelling" teams are required to stay in the host hotels.  Should parents or team supporters require rooms they need to contact the Lyle Dhur.  Extra rooms will go to team needs before that of team supporters.

A coaches' "meeting" room is going to at the Harbour Towers on Thursday and Friday nights.  You will be able to get the latest event info and network with other coaches.
 

Team friendly restaurants will be in place offering specials for the tourney.
Group reservations are HIGHLY recommended.

Event entry fee will be $375 and cheques should be made payable to VAS - Sportvictoria.
All other expenses will be covered by sponsors, advertisers and the gate.
